- Decide after diagnosis. We are licensed and insured. The $95 call includes the trip, appliance diagnosis and repair quote; the fee is waived with an approved, completed repair.
Common parts carried when available help with many repairs. The diagnosis and part availability determine whether completion is possible on the first visit.
Ice, frost and water deserve a closer look
Heavy frost can interrupt airflow. A leak can come from a drain, a water connection or another component. An ice maker that stops producing ice may have a supply or appliance-side problem. We inspect the symptoms together rather than treating every puddle or warm shelf as the same fault.
