When to call for installation.
- New refrigerator water-line installation
- Replacement of an existing line
- Water connection for an ice maker or dispenser
- Assessment of the proposed line route
- Review of the existing shutoff connection
- An installation quote for your setup
01
New line or replacement?
Tell us whether the refrigerator has never had a water connection or an existing line needs attention. Mention where the appliance sits in relation to the available water supply. Photos can help describe the route without making assumptions about your home.
02
Plan the route before the work
Access, distance and the existing plumbing connections affect the proposed installation. We discuss those conditions and the quoted scope before starting. Moving an appliance to a different location may require a different approach from replacing a nearby line.
03
A water supply problem or an appliance fault?
An ice maker or dispenser that stops working may have a water-supply issue, an internal appliance issue or both. Tell us the symptoms first. If diagnosis is needed, we explain that service separately from an installation quote.
04
Know what your quote covers
Ask whether the proposed work includes the line, connection materials and any shutoff changes. We do not assume a single price covers every layout. For appliance diagnosis, the $95 service call covers the visit, diagnosis and repair quote and is waived with completed repair; installation pricing is confirmed separately.

Your questions, answered.
Can you connect a new refrigerator?
Yes, contact us with the model, current water connection and installation location so we can discuss the work.
Will a new line fix an ice maker that stopped working?
Not necessarily. The ice maker may have an appliance-side fault. Describe the symptoms so we can determine whether diagnosis or line work is the appropriate next step.
Is there a flat installation price?
Call for a quote for your setup. Access, route and connection requirements affect the scope; no package price is advertised here.
